Largest mobile phone operator, MobiTel, provided new service called “Cellcard Cash” for its mobile phone users to be able to send money across Cambodia, top-up their Cellcard pre-paid account and pay bills anytime on their cell phone because users’ cash have been allowed to store in the phone. The mobile’s money-transfer service for phone subscribers was launched on September 20, 2010.
