That is the kind of printed newspapers which is reporting about what happened in three districts in Svay Rieng Province. This newspapers was published by Open Forum of Cambodia under funding support from EED. Now, it stopped publishing it because there was no fund support any more. If donors are interested in it, please contact this organization. This papers reported about corruption, decentralization, human rights, and social issues in province.
